Iโ€™m a multidisciplinary leader who thrives in working with cross-functional teams to ship delightful products and experiences that bring people together.

My skill set is equal parts product & experience design, strategy & operations, and brand & communications. I've played leadership roles in each of these areas, using my blended skillset to support teams and be the "glue" that aligns folks from different disciplines toward a common goal.

Most of my 17+ year career has been in video games. Iโ€™m also broadly interested in tech and am passionate about building tools that help people create, communicate, and collaborate.

I live in Los Angeles with my husband and our child. My pronouns are she/her. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring alternate worlds through games, books, TV, and films, and also love to make art.

Iโ€™m currently VP of Product at Fortis Games. Previously, I served as GM and Studio Head for Phoenix Labsโ€™ US studios, co-founded educational gaming startup Bot School Inc, and spent the better part of a decade at Riot Games in lead roles in consumer products, web platform, and company brand. Iโ€™ve been fortunate to be part of shipping delightful digital and physical experiences to players for IPs like League of Legends, Dauntless, Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, and Pokรฉmon.

I approach my career like itโ€™s an open-world RPG. Instead of focusing on linear advancement through a defined and narrow track, I invest in developing a latticework of skills and experiences that compound each other.

Being multidisciplinary makes me a better teammate and leader. I have stronger shared language and deeper empathy when working with teammates โ€” be they artists, engineers, designers, marketers, QA, producers, analysts, or executives.

Plus, it means Iโ€™m continuously learning. It keeps life interesting and gives me regular practice in maintaining a growth mindset.
